Strategic Plan

Since 1990, OC has been guided by a strategic plan that outlines specific goals for strategic regions around the world. These goals are designed to address Christian leadership needs and challenges unique to each region, and they are methodical and measurable over a ten-year period.

OC focuses on institutions that produce regional thought and opinion leaders who, in turn, strengthen the Church and train more leaders. Partner schools and projects are specifically chosen for their regional impact potential. Although OC works with individual schools, the overall goal is for those programs to influence ministry training beyond their own students and denominations.

Equipping indigenous advanced level theological seminaries ultimately builds the national Church. Culturally relevant Christian education and ministry training is crucial for established, as well as emerging, churches.
