“This is nothing short of a great miracle” – Sri Lanka’s first Christian TV channel

Sri Lanka’s first-ever Christian television channel, Gospel Vision, has been launched. Ivor Poobalan, the Principal of our partner school Colombo Theological Seminary (CTS), is a regular preacher on the channel.

Programming includes titles, such as, “Jesus in the Marketplace,” “Enjoying Everyday Life,” “Miracle Hour,” “Life Changing Moments” and “Marriage Counseling.” (See below for more topics.)

“We praise God for opening up this new opportunity!” says the Gospel Vision Team. “It is remarkable how we have overcome enormous obstacles by faith [in order] to birth the Gospel Vision television channel. This is nothing short of a great miracle. We are confident that God’s leading and blessing are upon this channel, taking the message of the Gospel to every living being.”
