• OC provides financial and consultative assistance to a network of 100+ seminaries and Bible institutes in 60+ countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. These carefully selected partners are the most strategic schools in their region. OC complements the power of this unmatched global network and provides resources and training in innovative and highly efficient ways.
• With great appreciation to our supporters, OC has provided millions of dollars in scholarship assistance and completed more than 90 capital investment projects in overseas campus development. During the past three decades, this strategic investment has enhanced the education of hundreds of thousands of Christian leaders. Today, it touches the education of 35,000 students. This investment is the basis for the future capacity of our partner institutions to educate and train thousands more students.
• OC has highly capable Regional Directors (RD) who live and work in the same regions as our partner institutions. In the unique manner that only indigenous personnel can utilize, RDs regularly visit campuses to offer assistance and counsel. RDs attend regular gatherings of seminary leaders from across a region to help peers share experiences and expertise. These gatherings, called the Institute for Excellence in Christian Leadership Development, provide training to seminary leaders in areas of administration, board governance, curriculum development, financial accountability and sustainability, information technology and strategic planning.
