Welcome to Overseas Council: “The Power of One”
Dear "Power of One" friends,

As an Overseas Council (OC) staff member, I often share stories of what God is doing in the ministry with my wife, Susan, and she reads our newsletters and other media pieces. The stories that she had heard all became very real for Susan last March when we had the opportunity to cash in a few of my frequent flyer miles and travel together to Ethiopia.

Today, slightly more than 11% of the world's population resides in Africa. By 2025, Africa will be the world's most Christian continent, with an anticipated 633 million Christians.
Asia
Asia
OC's region of Asia is home to nearly 55% of the world's population, or 3.6 billion people. China is the world's most populous nation, accounting for 1.3 billion of this number.
Europe
Europe
OC's region of Europe encompasses Europe and the republics of the former Soviet Union in the Caucasus and Central Asia. It is the only region of the world where the population is shrinking.
Latin America
Latin America
OC's region of Latin America includes the Spanish, Portuguese, English and French-speaking nations from Mexico and the Caribbean southward.
Middle East
Middle East
OC's region of the Middle East encompasses the Arabic-speaking nations of the Middle East and North Africa, as well as Sudan, Turkey, Iran, Israel and Afghanistan.
